Ariston Flowers and Boutique is committed to protect all your information that we collect.
All deliveries are handled with care and always left in secure places, like mail rooms, security desks and receptions. To confirm same day delivery please place your order Monday – Saturday before 1:00pm. Orders received after that may be delivered the next day.
01. Hospital Deliveries
Hospital deliveries must be called ahead and confirm a room number for the patient. Also, they need to confirm that the patient can accept flowers.
02. Home Deliveries
Home deliveries: If the recipient is not home and the building does not have a doorman service we call and leave a message if there is no answer we contact the customer and inform them about the status of the delivery.
Candle deliveries: Burning instructions on every package.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn 2-3 hours at a time. Never leave unattended. Do not burn near flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Neither seller nor manufacturer is responsible for misuse.
03. Delivery and Returns
Deliveries can sometime be affected by extreme weather conditions. All deliveries will resume the next business day.
All orders for pick up or delivery must be canceled prior to 24 hours of delivery date and cancellations within 24 hours will result 50% refund of total sale.
05. Plants Return Policy
For returns, you must contact us within 48 hours and we will come and pick up the plant. After the 48 hour period – returns and not expected. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Planter replacements: If your planter arrives damaged we will replace it as soon as possible. Customers must notify us within 24 hours.
Plant replacements: If your plant arrives damaged we will replace it as soon as possible. The old plant is taken and the new plant comes potted. If the plant dies within the first 3-4 days we will replace it for Free. After the 4 day period, we do not offer any replacements.
